Energy Solutions is excited to announce that we will be moving our operations to a new facility in January 2008. We will be moving to a 55,000 square foot building in West St Paul, approximately 5 miles from our current location. We're sending you this announcement to communicate the schedule of our move and what you can expect during this time. We have done an extensive amount of planning to minimize any negative impact this could have on our production schedule and service to our customers and vendors. Our move will happen in 2 phases.
We will be moving just our offices in Phase I. On Thursday, January 10 at 4:00 PM (CST), our offices will be closed and will open at our new facility on Monday, January 14 at 8:00 AM (CST). During this time, we will NOT be able to take any phone calls or receive any faxes. Our voice mail and email systems will be down. We will not be able to respond to any requests. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
We will be moving our manufacturing and assembly operations in Phase II. On Thursday, January 24, we will be shutting down all manufacturing and assembly operations and will restart those operations in our new facility on Monday evening, January 28. What this means to our customers and vendors is we will not be shipping or receiving anything on January 24, through January 28. We will resume normal operations (including shipping and receiving) on January 29. Our production schedule will be adjusted to reflect this down time.
All of our phone numbers, including faxes and direct dial numbers, will remain the same. All email addresses and our web address will also remain the same.
